Elham Hemmat

Elham Hemmat is an Iranian artist living and working in Bedford, UK. She graduated with a B.A in Visual Communication in 2014 and later with an M.A in Research in Art and Design in 2016 from Isfahan University of Art, Iran. Exhibiting her work in Japan, Taiwan, Canada, France, Germany and the UK, Elham has gone on to win a number of international awards.

"What drew me to the art field and grew my passion for it, is the language of art. A language that has no border or limitation, encompassing the world. For me, art is a means to highlight the world’s issues and problems and take a step towards solving them and changing views for achieving a better world." - Elham Hemmat

We are giving 10% of proceeds raised by Elham Hemmat's ceramic figures to a NGO called Mehrafarin. The Tehran-based charity works with people suffering under the Iranian political regime, helping women, children and fringe communities seeking safety and medical care.
