Laura McMorrow is a multi-award-winning visual artist based in rural North West Ireland.
"My work encompasses painting, collage, and moving image. As a painter, I collect images from old encyclopedias, online library archives, and postcards. These images are used as starting points for landscape compositions; they trigger memories of places I may have been. Through the process of painting, elements are added and erased to create an otherworldly environment.
