Sarah Randles is an artist based in Manchester. She graduated from Chelsea School of Art & Design, London in 2011 with a degree in Fine Art."Taking inspiration from nature, I collect found objects that I draw or use directly within my work. With the use of collage, assemblage and drawing, my work merges the scientific with the fictional to create surreal characters and objects.
The process of collecting and hunting for materials is just as important as the final outcome. From browsing charity and antique shops to foraging in the countryside, I am always on the look out for unusual objects to work with." - Sarah Randles, 2020
